Shipping & Returns
Depending on the night before, we usually make it in to work sometime throughout the day, or by 6 pm at the latest. By then, usually the production and shipping crew has been bailed out of jail (except for Jim...he punched a cop!) and/or released from the ICU and we're ready to work!Hold on. Smoke break. In all seriousness, we do take our production lead times and shipping windows very seriously. Terms are as follows:
All orders are shipped within 7 business days of placing the order. We currently ship everything via the US Postal Service. All domestic packages are shipped Priority mail and as we ship from Colorado, all domestic orders reach their destination within 3 days of postage. International orders are send first class via the US Postal Service and may take a little longer. Canadian customs sucks. To our Canadian customers...we apologize ahead of time for the delay. We should start smuggling t-shirts into Canada next time we're on the border smuggling something "else" out.
If you have special shipping requirements, please email us at support@loiterink.com and let us know but for the most part we are forced to stick to our mostly-automated shipping system to maintain efficiency. When writing, nothing gets us to pay attention more effectively than dropping a few "F-Bombs" when writing. We effing love that shit!!!
We are not responsible for any damage or delays caused by the US Postal Service.

We currently do not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges. Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged for other items sold at Loiter within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@loiterink.com for instructions. Buyer pays all shipping on exchanges for both the return postage as well as postage for the replacement items.
